'The world is flat.' S/S 11

A collection inspired by pop-culture, designer clothes wearing pop-artists and an individual progressive view on fashion presentations; by being the world's first fashion designer who presents his collection by means of a real 'pop-video' and 'pop-song'.

And not only the video is 'flat'. The dimensional silhouettes and draperies came into being out off a play whit-in flat patterns. And the print is a sky-high coloring-page for which the 3D wearer of the clothes is translated into 'flat' 2D pin-ups, inspired by vintage Vargas drawings, and colored by 'superficial' make-up. When blown-up this gives an amazing effect!
